  • What type of quality material do you use?

    We use the highest quality material For all our products along with being manufactured in the United States.

  • Do you use concrete?

    Yes, we’d dry pour one bag per post plus reinforce the gate hinge post with An aluminum stiffener.

  • Do I need to pull permits?

    All fences will be installed with a permit if the county or city requires it.

  • Who takes care of locating public utilities?

    We call Sunshine 811 before any job that we install to check the underground county/city owned utilities. We are not responsible for locating privately owned utilities such as sprinklers.

  • How long will my job take?

    Any standard job can average between four and six weeks there are some occasions where shortages do occur but your sales rep would notify you of the average time frame during your consultation.

  • Do I need to be there while the crew is working?

    In most cases, it is not necessary for you to be present but if you would like to be home we have no problem with that.

  • Are you licensed, bonded, insured?

    Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured for your protection we meet or exceed requirements for both residential and commercial installations. Documents are available upon request.

  • Do you offer financing?

    Yes, we do offer financing 6, 12, or 18 months available through Wells Fargo with approved credit.

  • Will you tear/remove my current fence?

    If you are replacing an existing fence, our professional estimator can quote you the removal and disposal of your current fence.

  • Do I need a survey?

    We at Fence Direct do require a survey for any estimate and installation, typically most owners have it in their closing documents.

  • I live in a community with a homeowners association(HOA). Are there rules I need to follow?

    Most HOA’s will have fence guidelines in their bylaws. HOA approval is required typically before installation.

  • Is it possible to order a custom design?

    Yes you can. Our fence experts can help you with designing your perfect fence.

  • What is the delivery cost?

    Each order that requires a delivery will be calculated on various factors with a few exceptions.

  • Is a deposit needed?

    Yes. A deposit is needed for installation service only. Material only needs to be paid in full.

  • Do you have any discounts?

    Yes. Our discount for veterans applies to the installation service. We also offer better prices for fence contractors that buy materials in bulk. Contact a sales associate for more details.

  • Do you have staff on hand to help with questions?

    We have fence experts to help answer your questions while visiting or over the phone

  • What is included in the price?

    All quotes will have a total price. We will itemize materials, installation and delivery if applicable.

  • What is the guarantee for your work?

    Installation of the fences comes with a 2-year workmanship guarantee.

  • Do you do wholesale?

    Yes, we do wholesale and retail.
